The hotel truly lives up to its luxury standard as advertised, with superbly clean and tidy rooms. While the value for money aspect may not align for some, the overall experience was very well turned out with attractive parts of the bar area.

7.2/10
The hotel offered spacious rooms with a terrace overlooking open farmland and hills, featuring a large and very comfortable bed. However, cleanliness was a concern, and at times, noise levels could be disruptive. The service was friendly, and pet amenities were available. The location, while lovely and cozy, was a bit far out of town for pedestrians or bikers. The dining experience was mixed, with a lovely cooked breakfast but limited options. Overall, a cozy stay with some highlights and room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit tired and needed some maintenance on the bathroom tiles and sink taps, but they were still cozy and pleasant. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was top-notch, with minimal waiting time. Although there was a slight hiccup with the room assignment at first, I eventually got a perfect room that met all my requirements.

Nestled in the Conwy Valley, the hotel offers a special and secluded dining experience away from the main bar area. The surroundings are peaceful and ideal for a relaxing break in the beautiful countryside. It is also conveniently close to Conwy Castle and the beach, allowing easy access to various attractions in North Wales.
Dining

The dining experience was good overall, although there was some delay due to limited staff. The Welsh breakfast was hearty and delicious, but there could have been more fruit options available.
Facilities

The facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement in terms of efficiency with the dining service.
